CyberShield Studio provides cybersecurity consulting and vulnerability scanning services ("Services"). Our "Free Vulnerability Scan" is a non-intrusive, passive assessment of external-facing assets.

3. Authorization and Ownership

Crucial: You represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or have explicit written authorization from the owner of, any domain, IP address, or system that you request us to scan.

Unauthorized scanning or testing of third-party systems without consent is illegal. CyberShield Studio reserves the right to verify ownership and authorization before performing any services and may refuse service at our discretion if proper authorization cannot be verified.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The materials and services on CyberShield Studio's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. CyberShield Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall CyberShield Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CyberShield Studio's website, even if CyberShield Studio has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Note on Security Scanning: While our vulnerability scans are designed to be non-intrusive, you acknowledge that any interaction with a live system carries inherent risks. You agree to hold CyberShield Studio harmless for any seamless or temporary service degradations that may purportedly result from our standard scanning procedures.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on CyberShield Studio's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CyberShield Studio does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. CyberShield Studio may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
